2026 Events Policies

Electricity (If Required)
- Most events do not require power, but if your package includes certain add-ons (lighting, refrigeration, etc.) we may request a standard 120V outlet within 100 feet. We also have an ultra quiet Honda power generator that can be used where applicable.
Permits
- If your city/town requires event permits, the client is responsible for obtaining them (we can guide you through this).
Weather Contingencies
- For outdoor events, the client must provide adequate coverage (tent, canopy, or alternate placement) in case of severe weather.
Service Standards
Staffing
- Your package includes certified, professional bartenders and barbacks.
- Staffing levels are determined by guest count and service style, ensuring fast, friendly, and safe service.
Alcohol Compliance
- We strictly follow all state and local alcohol service laws, including ID checks and responsible service.
Beverage Quantities
- Final guest count and beverage selections must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to your event to ensure proper preparation.
Event Timing & Flow
- Service start and end times are defined in your contract.
- Any delays caused by client or venue access issues may result in adjusted service timing.
- Overtime is available at an additional hourly rate when approved in advance or on site (team availability permitting).
Communication & Coordination
- Once booked, you’ll receive a dedicated event manager to assist with timeline planning, beverage selection, custom cocktail creation, and logistics.
- We coordinate directly with planners, caterers, and venues to ensure a cohesive event experience.
Cancellations
To reserve your event date, Simply Spiked requires a deposit equal to 50% of the total event cost. This deposit secures your date, equipment, staffing, and advance planning.
Cancellation Timeline & Deposit Refunds
If you need to cancel your event, the following refund policy applies based on the date written notice is received:
More than 6 Months (180+ days) Prior to Event
- 100% of the deposit will be refunded
Between 31 Days and 6 Months Prior to Event
- 50% of the deposit will be refunded
- As a courtesy, Simply Spiked will offer to transfer your deposit to another available date, subject to availability and scheduling approval
- Date transfers must occur within 12 months of the original event date
30 Days or Less Prior to Event
- No deposit refund will be issued
- As a courtesy, Simply Spiked will offer to transfer your deposit to another available date, subject to availability and scheduling approval

Additional Terms
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable)
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The deposit is applied toward planning, staffing commitments, equipment reservation, and lost booking opportunities
- Any remaining balance (beyond the deposit) is not due if the event is cancelled
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or acts of God), both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to reschedule the event. Refunds in these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
